Available in two configurations: The xGen™ DNA Library Prep MC Kits include xGen™ Stubby Y Adapters for indexing by PCR workflow (indexing primers must be purchased separately). The xGen™ DNA Library MC UNI Kit requires the purchase of full-length, indexed adapters for PCR-free indexing by ligation workflow.
